Refund policy

We offer refunds on fashion frames only. We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are only accepted if the frames are unused and free of damage. Customers have 3 days from when the order was received to return an item. Eyewear must be in its original packaging and returned the way it was received. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fee.
